WHEREAS on February 12, 2014, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File No. RLH TA 13-725, said Resolution being the Ratification of Assessment for Vacant Building fees billed February 25 to July 17, 2013 at 707 EDMUND AVENUE. (File No. VB1403A, Assessment No. 148811); and
WHEREAS, the property at 707 Edmund Avenue, being described as: Chute Brothers Division No 6 Lot 24, with the property identification number 35-29-23-14-0053 was assessed an amount of $1,595.00; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends reducing the assessment to $400 because the permits were finaled by the given deadline, although the computer system had not been updated to reflect this change; Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the $1,595 assessment, plus any accrued interests, be reduced to $400 and Council File No. RLH TA 13-725 is hereby amended to reflect this change.
