Title

Amending the 2024 Public Works Sewers Utility Fund Storm Sewer System Charge to accurately reflect Street Sweeping costs within the single Other Services Account.

Body

WHEREAS, the current designated account to reflect expenses from Sewers is the Utility Infrastructure Charge account; and

 

WHEREAS, Other Services should be expensed instead; therefore via

 

ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER, consistent with the authority granted to the Mayor in Section 10.07.4 of the City Charter, and on the request of the Director of the Public Works Department to amend the 2024 revenue budget for the shifting of funds within the Sewers Utility Fund Storm Sewer System Charge accounting unit. The Director of the Office of Financial Services is authorized to amend said budget in the manner as specified in the attached financial analysis.
