Amending the financing and spending plans in the capital budget for the Department of Public Works by adding $34,798 of Saint Paul Sewer Utility funding and $19,086 Ramsey County Contribution into the Maryland Avenue at Payne Avenue Intersection Reconstruction Project.

WHEREAS, the City and Ramsey County entered into a Cooperative Construction Agreement to reconstruct the intersection on Maryland Avenue at Payne Avenue; and
WHEREAS, there needs to be $34,798 of Sewer Utility funding added to the project for sanitary sewer work completed under the agreement; and
WHEREAS, there needs to be $19,086 Ramsey County Contribution added to the project for city forces signal work; and
WHEREAS, the Mayor pursuant to Section 10.07.1 of the Charter of the City of Saint Paul, does certify that there are additional funds available for appropriation of $53,884 in the Capital Improvement Budgets; and
Now, therefore be it, RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Saint Paul, upon recommendation of the Mayor and advice of the Long Range Capital Improvement Budget Committee, that $53,884 is available for appropriation in the Capital Improvements Budgets, as heretofore adopted and amended by this Council, be hereby further amended in the Improvement Budgets in the following particulars:
