WHEREAS, Sherwood Inc d/b/a Kitty’s Corner 2 (License ID #DSIBLLOFS-000588-2026, #DSIBLFUEL-000587-2026) applied for a change of ownership, which was changing the name for the business, of the Malt Off Sale (DSIBLLOFS-000588-2026) and Gas Station (DSIBLFUEL-000587-2026) licenses for the premises located at 1530 Sherwood Ave.; and
WHEREAS, On February 27, 2026, the Department of Safety and Inspections sent out the required License Application Notification with a response date of March 14, 2026; and
WHEREAS, The Council finds that the application is in order and there are no grounds to deny approval of the application; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, the change of ownership application for the Malt Off Sale (DSIBLLOFS-000588-2026) and Gas Station (DSIBLFUEL-000587-2026) licenses is hereby approved and issued to Sherwood Inc d/b/a Kitty’s Corner 2 (License ID #DSIBLLOFS-000588-2026, #DSIBLFUEL-000587-2026) for the premises located at 1530 Sherwood Ave. with no existing license conditions.
