WHEREAS, the City of St. Paul Parks & Rec d/b/a Como Lakeside Pavilion (License ID #0067334) applied for an Entertainment (B) license for the premises located at 1360 Lexington Parkway North in Saint Paul; and
WHEREAS, the licensee currently holds a Liquor On Sale 101-180 Seats, a Liquor On Sale - Sunday and a Liquor-Outdoor Service Area (Patio) license at that location; and
WHEREAS, District 10 Como Community Council submitted a letter in support of the issuance of an Entertainment (B) license; and
WHEREAS, the Department of Safety and Inspections received no other objections to the issuance of the Entertainment (B) license; and
WHEREAS, the Council finds that the application is in order and there are no grounds for denial of an Entertainment (B) license; now, therefore, be it,
RESOLVED, an Entertainment (B) license is hereby granted to the City of St. Paul Parks & Rec d/b/a Como Lakeside Pavilion (License ID #0067334) for the premises located at 1360 Lexington Parkway North in Saint Paul.
