Purpose of Appeal: Property was previously rented and is no longer a rental as discussed on the phone with inspector. Property is completely habitable and will be even better once work is done. I have before photos before the tenant ruined the property.

WHEREAS, in the matter of Appeal of Josh Kirchert to a Condemnation and Order to Vacate at 1009 MAGNOLIA AVENUE EAST, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council grant appeal and release from Vacant Building Program; grant to June 2, 2025 for compliance with items 1(b), 7, 10(a) and 11 to lift condemnation; and grant to August 1, 2025 for balance of orders conditioned upon property remaining unoccupied; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
