WHEREAS on February 26, 2025, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File No. AR 24-99 to ratify the assessment for Tall Grass and Weed Removal services during July 1 to 22, 2024. (File No. J2504T, Assessment No. 258507); and

 

WHEREAS, the property at 967 Saint Anthony Avenue, being described as: Wagner and Gasser’s Addition to St. Paul, Minnesota Lot 19 Blk 1, with the property identification number 35-29-23-31-0097 was assessed an amount of $624; and

 

WHEREAS, Craig Cooper reached out to our office and wants the Legislative Hearing Officer to review the assessment as he thinks it was double billed; and

 

WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer will review this on April 15, 2025 Legislative Hearing to determine her recommendation; Now, Therefore, Be It

 

RESOLVED, that the reduction of $624, plus any accrued interests, be forthcoming.
