Be it resolved that upon proper execution and delivery of a property damage release in full to the City of Saint Paul, the proper City officials are authorized to pay from the City of Saint Paul's Public Works Department Tort Liability Fund to Trover Solutions, as agent  of Auto-Owners Insurance Company as subrogee of Doug Parish the sum of eight thousand six hundred ninety five dollars and eighty six cents ($8,695.86) in full and final settlement of any and all claims stemming from a motor vehicle accident on or about the 14th day of January, 2014 in Saint Paul, MN.
