Accepting sidewalk easements for the Seven Corners hotel and mixed-use development.

WHEREAS, the Department of Public Works ("Public Works) of the City of Saint Paul ("City") is requiring a permanent sidewalk easements ("the Easements") over adjoining properties located along the south side of West Seventh Street between Chestnut Street and Eagle Parkway, said properties owned by CRP/ODC West 7th Venture, L.L.C and VHRMR, MINN, LLC (the "Property Owners"); and
WHEREAS, the Property Owners have agreed to provide the Easements and are now requesting that the City accept the Easements, as provided in Exhibits A1 and A2 attached hereto; and
WHEREAS, Public Works has reviewed and approved the Easements as drafted; now, therefore be it
RESOLVED, that the Mayor and Council of the City of Saint Paul do hereby accept the Easements, in a form and content substantially as set forth in Exhibits A1 and A2 attached hereto, and authorize the proper city officials to record same with the Ramsey County Recorder's Office and/or Registrar of Titles.
