WHEREAS on April 15, 2026, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File No. AR 26-23 to ratify the assessment for Collection of Delinquent Garbage Bills for services during July to September 2025. (File No. CG25Q3B4, Assessment No. 260133); and
WHEREAS, the property at 2027 Case Avenue, being described as: Norton’s Lincoln Park Lot 19 Blk 4, with the property identification number 26-29-22-13-0123 was assessed an amount of $137.53; and
WHEREAS, Public Works staff is requesting that this assessment be deleted because the property did not have a cart/service at the property until June 2026; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer concurs with the recommendation; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the assessment fee of $137.53, plus any accrued interests, be hereby amended to reflect this change.
