Approving the Collective Bargaining Agreement (January 1, 2021 - December 31, 2022) and Memorandums of Agreement between the City of Saint Paul and Tri-Council: LIUNA City Employees, Local 363; Teamsters General Drivers, Local 120; and Operating Engineers, Local 49.

WHEREAS, the last Collective Bargaining Agreement between the City of Saint Paul and Tri-Council: LIUNA City Employees, Local 363; Teamsters General Drivers, Local 120; and Operating Engineers, Local 49 was approved by the Saint Paul City Council on April 25, 2018, continues in full force and effect through December 31, 2020, and thereafter until modified or amended by mutual agreement of the parties; and
WHEREAS, the City of Saint Paul and the Tri-Council: LIUNA City Employees, Local 363; Teamsters General Drivers, Local 120; and Operating Engineers, Local 49 reached a tentative agreement on a new Collective Bargaining Agreement and Memorandums of Agreement that, once approved, shall be effective as of January 1, 2021, and shall continue in full force and effect through December 31, 2022, and thereafter until modified or amended by mutual agreement by the parties, now therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council, pursuant to the Saint Paul City Charter Section 6.03.03 (5), hereby approves and ratifies the attached Collective Bargaining Agreement (January 1, 2021 - December 31, 2022) and Memorandums of Agreement between the City of Saint Paul and Tri-Council: LIUNA City Employees, Local 363; Teamsters General Drivers, Local 120; and Operating Engineers, Local 49.
