Authorizing the Fire Department to accept the donation of green roof maintenance services from Spark-Y valued at $2,000.

WHEREAS, Spark Youth, a Minnesota non-profit organization, also known as "Spark-Y," has offered to donate maintenance services valued at $2,000 for the green roof located at Fire Department headquarters located at 645 Randolph Avenue in the City of Saint Paul (the "City"); and
WHEREAS, the green roof is in need of updates and maintenance and Spark-Y has offered to do the work at no cost to the City to remove weeds, add mulch, and clear debris from the paths; now, therefore be it
RESOLVED, the Saint Paul City Council accepts the donation of green roof maintenance services from Spark-Y and thanks them for their generous gift.
