WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Peter O'Brien & Helen Pearce to a Re-Inspection Fire Certificate of Occupancy with Deficiencies at 683 DODD ROAD, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council deny the appeal and owners must discontinue living the 683 Dodd Road property until it's code complaint as a residential property, as it its currently a commercial property under construction; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
