Modifying the Saint Paul Public Library Agency General Fund budget by allocating spending in the appropriate object codes and partially restoring the transfer to the General Fund for technology services.

ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER, Consistent with the authority granted to the Mayor in Section 10.07.4 of the City Charter and based on the request of the Director of the Saint Paul Public Library Agency to amend the 2010 budget of fund 349, the Director of the Office of Financial Services is authorized to amend said budget in the following manner:
WHEREAS, the Saint Paul Public Library Agency needs to modify the budget to allocate spending in the appropriate object codes, and
WHEREAS, the Saint Paul Public Library Agency's budget will have funds available to partially restore the transfer to the City's General Fund for technology services, now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED; the the budget be amended to reflect the changes as per the attached Financial Analysis.
