Purpose of Appeal: The vacant building registration renewal for 1904 Princeton Avenue is being appealed in order to request a temporary exemption from the registration fee while awaiting the outcome of an appeal concerning the planned rehabilitation of the structure in order to achieve code compliance.

WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Mary J. Kattar to a Vacant Building Registration Renewal Notice at 1904 PRINCETON AVENUE, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council waive the vacant building fee for 90 days to September 14, 2021; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
