I've been living here for three years paying my rent every month and have no idea who owns the place, but my lease is through Renter Warehouse so I have no idea what's going on.

Appellant was handed the Revocation Notice this morning. There is no notice in STAMP yet. Legislative Hearing Officer told staff to take the appeal with just the notice/placard as the supporting document.
In checking the file, I find only an appointment letter dated today and a correction notice. No revocation is in the system yet (3/20 @ 4:30 p.m.). Please advise. -MM

WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Willie Henderson to a Revocation Notice at 615 MARYLAND AVENUE EAST #2, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council[recommendation]; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
