Purpose of Appeal: I bought this four bedroom for retail 165,000 in December 2014. Inspections did not sight two basement bedrooms windows and closets as being in violation. This altercation would reduce the value of my home from a four to a two bedroom. The records prior to 2010 have been ordered to be pulled to copy. A call into Steven Ubl has been made to discuss variances.

WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Judy E. Adams to a Fire Certificate of Occupancy Correction Notice at 705 JENKS AVENUE, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council grant the appeal; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
