WHEREAS, in the matter of appeal of Peng Sue Yang to a Vacant Building Registration Fee Warning Letter at 64 JESSAMINE AVENUE EAST, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and

 

WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council grant until August 22, 2018 for owner to receive his code compliance certificate and vacant building fee will not be processed as an assessment; Now, Therefore, Be It

 

RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
