ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER:  Pursuant to Chapter §86.03 of Aministrative Code, the proper City Officials are hereby authorized to execute the following lease agreement with HeadStart that is one year or less in duration.

Lease Description

HeadStart at Baker (1/1/13 - 12/31/13):  Community Action Partnership of Ramsey and Washington County.  Head Start promotes school readiness through educational, health, nutritional, social and other services to enrolled children and families.
