WHEREAS on September 16, 2026, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File RLH TA 26-182, said Resolution being the Ratification of Assessment for Collection of Delinquent Garbage Bills for services during January to March 2026 at 692 Arlington Avenue East. (File No. CG26Q1B3, Assessment No. 260153)
WHEREAS, the property at 692 Arlington Avenue West, being described as: Rogers and Hendricks Acre Lots W 48 Ft of E 145 Ft of Lot 1 Blk 2 was assessed at an amount of $82.69; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommended that the assessment be reduced from $82.69 to $69.65;
WHEREAS, on September 24, 2026 staff requested that this resolution be amended to reflect a scrivener’s error on the property address and that the property address should be 692 Arlington Avenue West; Now, Therefore Be It,
RESOLVED, that Council Files RLH TA 26-182 is hereby amended to reflect this change.
