Making finding on the appealed nuisance abatement ordered for 541 CASE AVENUE in Council File RLH SAO 17-30.

WHEREAS, the City Council adopted RLH SAO 17-30 on May 17, 2017 which granted 1) an extension to May 8, 2017 to remove the mattresses and chair; 2) an extension to June 5, 2017 to remove the rest of the items in the yard except for the wood and lumber; 3) grant an extension to July 10 to remove or properly store lumber and firewood at 541 Case Avenue; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer reviewed this case on May 9, 2017 to determine if the owner and/or responsible party abated the nuisance condition caused by the mattresses and chair were abated; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council adopts the finding of the legislative hearing officer that the nuisance condition is abated and the matter is resolved.
