Be it resolved that upon proper execution and delivery of a property damage release in full to the City of Saint Paul, the proper City officials are hereby authorized to pay from the City of Saint Paul's Public Works Department Tort Liability Fund, GL 225-42310-0511, to State Farm Insurance Company as subrogee of Richard E. Kemp, the sum of fourteen thousand seven hundred twenty six dollars and eighty one cents ($14,726.81), in full and final settlement of any and all claims relating to a Property damage claim as a result of a vehicle accident on or about the 7th day of October, 2011, at or near the intersection of St. Peter and 10th Street, Saint Paul, MN.
