Stated Reason for Appeal (if given): There are two separate, active accounts on this Single Family Home since August 2023
Staff Comments: This home sold on August 4, 2023. The previous owner (Michael) cancelled service on August 6, 2023 but WM reopened his account on August 7, 2023. Michael's 96 gallon statements have been certified to the city ever since. The new homeowner (Paw) has a 64 gallon cart and has been paying their statements each quarter until Q3 2024. This is the first time Paw's account has been sent for certification. Staff recommends removing Q2 2024 assessment
