WHEREAS, the May 1, 2019 - April 30, 2022 Maintenance Labor Agreement between the City of Saint Paul and the United Association Pipefitters Local Union #455, which was approved by the Saint Paul City Council on August 7, 2019, continues in full force and effect through April 30, 2022, and thereafter until modified or amended by mutual agreement of the parties; and
WHEREAS, the City of Saint Paul and the United Association Pipefitters Local Union No. 455 have a tentative Memorandum of Agreement for the December 2019 Wage and Fringe Adjustment that, once approved, will be effective as of December 1, 2019 (or closest pay period); now therefore, be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council, pursuant to the Saint Paul City Charter Section 6.03.03 (5), hereby approves and ratifies the attached Memorandum of Agreement for the December 2019 Wage and Fringe Adjustment between the City of Saint Paul and the United Association Pipefitters Local Union #455.
