Purpose of Appeal: Driveway repair. I bought this as a turn key rental so I thought everything had been inspected and approved for rental license. I think its crazy to force me to repair minor cracks when there are far worse driveways in the neighborhood, not to mention some of the city roads are in much worse condition.

WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Dan Olson to a Fire Inspection Correction Notice at 1931 NORTONIA AVENUE, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council grant the appeal on the driveway issue, noting it may need correction by the time of the next Fire Certificate of Occupancy; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
