Be it resolved that upon execution and delivery of a properly executed release to the City of Saint Paul, the proper City officials are hereby authorized to pay from the City of Saint Paul's Public Works Department, Streets Division, Tort Liability Fund, 1-23031500-74205-3123081000-74205 to North American Composites Company the amount of ten thousand six hundred forty seven dollars and fifty cents ($10,647.50) in full and final settlement of their property damage subrogation claim from a vehicle accident that occurred on or about the 6th day of March 2018, in Saint Paul, MN.
