RESOLVED, that upon execution and delivery of a release in full to the City of Saint Paul, the proper City officers are hereby authorized and directed to pay out of the Tort Liability Fund 09070-0511 to Latasha M. Williams and her attorney, Richard D. O'Dea, Palmer O'Dea LLC., the total sum of fifteen thousand dollars and no cents ($15,000.00) in full and final settlement of civil court file number 62-CV-11-9031 for all claims for damages regarding the motor vehicle accident on December 25, 2009.
