Accepting the gift of fitness equipment from the Minnesota Vikings organization.
Body
WHEREAS, the Minnesota Viking organization would like to donate used weight plates and weight storage trees to the City of Saint Paul Police Department (SPPD); and
WHEREAS, SPPD will use this equipment in the training and fitness gym; and
WHEREAS, the equipment, with an estimated value of $400, will make improvements to the training room which is essential to fitness and training of the officers; now
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council accepts this generous donation and extends its sincere thanks to the Minnesota Viking organization.
