Returned Mail/Notice Concerns?:
Stated Reason for Appeal (if given): This property was not compliant with Solid Waste requirements and we delivered a 64 gallon cart after receiving no response from service inquiry letters
Staff Comments: PO does not agree with the fact we delivered a 64 cart without his approval, and feels that if we were going to deliver a cart, it should have been an EOW cart. PO would like to have assessment reduced from $113.19 to 58.47. There was a 64 gallon cart on site for all of Q1 2026. Cart swap from 64 gallon to 35 gallon with Every Other Week service was completed on August 5, 2026. Staff does not recommend removing or reducing assessment.
