Purpose of Appeal: Not sure why I received this notice. Does the city do any research or just send out request for $$. Xcel, water, trash has been taken care of at this VACANT property. I just spent over $10,000 with Anderson placing new windows in this VACANT property. The home is not VACANT.

WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Irish Johnson to a Vacant Building Registration Notice at 507 LEXINGTON PARKWAY NORTH, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council waive the vacant building fee for 90 days to get Fire Certificate of Occupancy reinstated; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
