WHEREAS on April 2, 2014, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File No. RLH AR 15-23, said Resolution being the Ratification of Assessment for Collection of Vacant Building Fees billed September 4 to December 18, 2014 at 841 Marion Street. (File No. VB1507, Assessment No. 158807); and

WHEREAS, the property at 841 Marion Street, being described as: Lewis Second Addition to St Paul Blocks 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14 & 15 Subj to St the Fol. Lots 14 & Lot 15 Blk 13, with the property identification number 25-29-23-41-0218 was assessed an amount of $1,595.00; and

WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends spreading the vacant building fee over 5 years; Now, Therefore, Be It

RESOLVED, that the reduction of $1,595, plus any accrued interests, be amended to reflect this change.
