RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Saint Paul does hereby appoint, upon request of the City Attorney and for the purpose of providing advice and counsel to the City of Saint Paul, Robins Kaplan, LLP, under the direction of Jake Holdreith, as special counsel representing the City in matters relating to municipal sovereignty, grant funding retention, and other issues that may arise, and be it
FURTHER RESOLVED, that the compensation to be paid for the services of said special counsel shall be pro bono, and in accordance with the Master Retainer Agreement between Robins Kaplan, LLP, and the City of Saint Paul, there will be no hourly rate paid for the legal services provided to the City of Saint Paul.
