WHEREAS on July 23, 2025, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File No. RLH AR 25-59, said Resolution being the Ratification of Assessment for Rubbish and Garbage Clean Up services during April 2 to 11, 2025. (File No. J2522R1, Assessment No. 258500); and
WHEREAS, the property at 872 Rondo Avenue, being described as: Stone & Roger's Addition to St. Paul, Minn. Lot 3 Blk 2, with the property identification number 35-29-23-34-0031 was assessed an amount of $444; and
WHEREAS, a Legislative Hearing was held on April 21, 2026 under SR 25-169 to review the matter and the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends deleting the assessment lacking records due to the data breach; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that assessment, plus any accrued interests, be deleted and Council File No. RLH AR 25-59 is hereby amended to reflect this change.
