Ratifying the assessment for the City’s cost of providing Collection of Delinquent Garbage Bills for services during October to December 2021. (File No. CG2201A1, Assessment No. 220100)

WHEREAS, the Saint Paul City Council in Council File RES 22-331 accepted the Report of Completion for Collection of Delinquent Garbage Bills for services during October to December 2021; and
WHEREAS, the City Council’s Legislative Hearing Officer has considered objections of affected property owners and developed recommendations for the City Council with respect to their assessments; and
WHEREAS, the City Council held a public hearing on May 25, 2022 to consider ratification of the assessment roll; and
WHEREAS, the City Council considered and found satisfactory the assessment of benefits, costs and expenses for the services provided; now, therefore be it
RESOLVED, pursuant to Minn. Stat. § 443.29 and Admin. Code § 60.03, the assessments set forth in the said assessment roll are, in all respects, hereby ratified with the exception of the following amendments which will be considered separately:
RLH TA 22-120: 999 Armstrong Avenue;
RLH TA 22-134: 640 Holly Avenue;
RLH TA 22-154: 1187 Maryland Avenue East;
RLH TA 22-135: 666 Orleans Street;
RLH TA 22-122: 1322 Selby Avenue;
RLH TA 22-174: 858 Stickney Street
RLH TA 22-119: 571 Wheelock Parkway East;
RLH TA 22-XXX: 692 Point Douglas Road South; delete for separate consideration to refer back to July 7, 2022 Legislative Hearing; and be it further
RESOLVED, that the assessments be payable in one (1) installment, unless specified by the Legislative Hearing Officer’s recommended amendments.
