Purpose of Appeal: We have used this property for a management and construction office while building the apartment across the alley. I was unaware of any code or requirement to maintain a long term residential resident in this property, and I would like to appeal the registration fee to give time to lease.

WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Chet Funk to a Vacant Building Registration Fee Warning Letter at 1081 RANDOLPH AVENUE, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council grant the appeal and release the property from the Vacant Building program; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
