Comments: 3/12/26: order fire report. Barbara Lager called and stated this is issued in error as her address is 705 - 4th Street East (on assessment roll). The invoice stated the board up happened at 703 -4th St E which is a duplex with address of 701-703 - 4th St E, which is next door. May need to reassess.

WHEREAS, the City Council’s Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed an appeal of this assessment and developed a recommendation for the City Council with respect to this assessment; and
WHEREAS, a public hearing having been conducted for the above improvement, and said assessment having been further considered by the Council and having been considered financially satisfactory; Now, Therefore, Be It
