Making finding on the appealed nuisance abatement ordered for 2425 YOUNGMAN AVENUE in Council File RLH CO 24-4.

WHEREAS, the City Council adopted RLH CO 24-4 on May 14, 2024 which granted an extension to June 28, 2024 to abate the nuisance conditions at 2425 Youngman Avenue; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer reviewed this case on July 9, 2024 to determine if the owner and/or responsible party abated the nuisance conditions and found these conditions related to the summary abatement order were abated; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council adopts the finding of the legislative hearing officer that the nuisance condition is abated and the matter resolved.
