Title

Appeal of Virginia Johnson to a Revocation of Fire Certificate of Occupancy and Order to Vacate at 277 SHERBURNE AVENUE.

Date/Time of 1st LH:  Oct. 8, 2019 at 11:30 a.m.

Purpose of Appeal:  The work was completed w/o the correct permit.  After talking to Dan M. inspections and attempting to aquire permit/contractor - I have decided to sell the property.  Efrayn from inspections recommended this process to hold the revocation for the new owner to complete the work.  The buyer should aquire the building by 11/1/2019.  There is a buyer and the sale is in process.  I'm asking for 30 days to finalize the process.

Date of Order(s) Under Appeal:  September 26, 2019
