WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Stephen D. Farrell to a Re-Inspection Fire Certificate of Occupancy with Deficiencies at 1990 SUBURBAN AVENUE, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council grant to April 15, 2017 to have all vacant unit spaces broom clean, noting uncertified portion may not be used until they are certified. If owner wants to change the use of the unit space(s), he will need to get approval from the building official; grant to March 1, 2017 for all sanitation related items; grant to June 1, 2017 to resolve the issue for Item 1 (Broken Homes Studio) with building official or the property must be vacated; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
