Title
Appeal of Boon Lor to a Vacant Building Registration Requirement at 805 ORANGE AVENUE EAST.
Date/Time of 1st LH: March 20,2018 at 2:30
Purpose of Appeal: See attached letter...
Date of Order(s) Under Appeal: March 8, 2018
Inspector/Key Staff: Tom Friel
Legislative Hearing Staff Comments: Looks like the Fire C of O was re-instated, probably because the water was restored. Mai, please check to see if appellant was only appealing the vacant building registration and vacate order, or if he's also appealing any components of the Fire C of O orders. First, we should learn from Fire It's not clear to if other items in the orders should also have led to condemnation, such as sleeping in the basement. Not sure if there was a reinspect on anything, except that we know water was restored, which was learned through a phone call. Is the reinspect June 7? That's what it looks like in STAMP, but there's no appointment letter, and given conditions, it seems like a long time. Basically, I'd like to know if there is a will on the part of the appellant to appeal other aspects of the 2/27/18 orders.
