Authorizing the Saint Paul Public Library Agency to reallocate the budget to more accurately record revenue and expenditures for the department special project fund for 2026.

Administrative Order, consistent with the authority granted to the Mayor in Section 10.07.4 of the City Charter and based on the request of the Library Director, to amend the 2026 special fund budget for the reallocation of funds to more accurately reflect actual revenue and expenses and to authorize the Director of Financial Services to amend the budget in the following manner, as specified in the attached financial analysis.
