Property was acquired on 12/3/13 and is having flooring, paint, cabinets re-done and new appliances installed. All work will be complete prior to 3/5/14 (renewal date). property will be leased with showings beginning after the 5th.

WHEREAS, in the matter of Appeal of BCR Properties/Bjorn Piltingsrud to a Vacant Building Registration Renewal Notice at 946 SHERBURNE AVENUE the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council grant 6 weeks for Appellant to get Fire Certificate of Occupancy re-instated and also waive the vacant building for this period of time; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
