WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Larry Earl Jiles, Sr. to a Correction Notice-Complaint Inspection (which includes condemnation of Unit 21) at 255 COLBORNE STREET, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and

 

WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council deny the appeal and unit cannot be reoccupied until electrical service is restored and meter is replaced and all necessary permits are finaled; Now, Therefore, Be It

 

RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
