Appeal of Peter Salazar to a Fire Certificate of Occupancy Correction Notice at 1738 HAWTHORNE AVENUE EAST.

 

Date/Time of 1st LH:  2/14/2023 at 2 PM

Purpose of Appeal:  Hole in the wall of lower level bathroom. The correction was to fix the hole until the tenant moves out on March 31. The fix is fiberglass with reinforced fiberglass mesh. It is permanent and waterproof. After tenant moves out a new bathroom shower system will be installed.

WHEREAS, in the matter of Appeal of Peter Salazar to a Fire Certificate of Occupancy Correction Notice at 1738 Hawthorne Avenue East, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and

 

WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council grant to May 1, 2023 for compliance; Now, Therefore, Be It

 

RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
