WHEREAS, the Saint Paul City Council in Council File 15-722 accepted the Report of Completion of Assessment for a water main and connection at 1604 Point Douglas Road South.
Preliminary Order: 03-336 Approved: 04/02/2003
Final Order: 03-415 Approved: 05/14/2003
WHEREAS, the City Council held a public hearing on July 1, 2015 to consider ratification of the assessment roll; and
WHEREAS, the City Council considered and found satisfactory the assessment of benefits, costs and expenses for the construction work; now, therefore be it
RESOLVED, that, pursuant to Ch. 14 of the City Charter and Ch. 76 of the Administrative Code, the assessment is hereby in all respects ratified; and be it further
RESOLVED, that the assessment be made payable in twenty (20) equal installments.
