House was built with these windows approx. 1956 - 51 (approx) houses in neighborhood have these windows. I own home acct. Son-in-law lost job and I took it over so they have place to live.

WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Robert Herzog to a Fire Certificate of Occupancy Correction Notice at 1622 ATLANTIC STREET, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council grant an 8-inch variance on the openable height of the egress windows in the first floor east and west bedrooms; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
