Purpose of Appeal: I'm appealing the basement. I am using it for my Podcast, and they said I can. The tables, pool table, and dance pool are props and background for my Podcast. I do not throw parties down there. I just use it for the Podcast. I would like to keep my background. I do need more time to fix the door and window. Thank you.

WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Frank Andrew to a Fire Inspection Correction Notice (which includes condemnation) at 484 ROBERT STREET NORTH, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council deny the appeal and grant to May 15, 2026 for compliance; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
