Approving Liquor Outdoor Service Area (Patio), Wine On Sale, and Malt On Sale licenses with conditions to Garrison Reed LLC, d/b/a Red’s Savoy Pizza (License ID #20200000434) at 400 Wabasha Street North, Suite 200.

WHEREAS, Garrison Reed LLC d/b/a Red’s Savoy Pizza (License ID #20200000434) applied for a Wine On Sale, Malt On Sale (Strong) and Liquor Outdoor Service Area license for the premises located at 400 Wabasha Street North Suite 200 in Saint Paul; and
WHEREAS, no petition of support was required for the Liquor Outdoor Service Area (Patio) license since there are no residential uses within three-hundred fifty (350) feet of the area to be licensed; and
WHEREAS, the Department of Safety and Inspections received no objections to the approval of the licenses; and
WHEREAS, the Council finds that the application is in order and there are no grounds to deny approval of the licenses; now, therefore, be it,
RESOLVED, a Liquor Outdoor Service Area (Patio), Wine On Sale, and Malt On Sale license are hereby approved and issued to Garrison Reed LLC d/b/a Red’s Savoy Pizza (License ID #20200000434) for premises located at 400 Wabasha Street North Suite 200 in Saint Paul.
