Ratifying the assessments for Trash Hauling Services from September 1 to 28, 2011. (File No. J1202G, Assessment No. 128701)
Body
WHEREAS, the Saint Paul City Council in Council File 11-2029 accepted the Report of Completion for Weekly Trash Hauling on Private Properties during the time period of September 01 to September 28, 2011; and
WHEREAS, the City Council's Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the assessment roll, considered appeals of affected property owners and developed recommendations for City Council with respect to those assessments; and
WHEREAS, the following assessment was appealed:
RLH TA 11-454 - 1615 Pinehurst Avenue; and
WHEREAS, the City Council held a public hearing on January 04, 2012 to consider ratification of the assessment roll; and
WHEREAS, the assessment of benefits, cost and expenses for and in connection with said services, having been submitted to the Council, and the Council having considered same and found the said assessment satisfactory: Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that said assessments be and the same are hereby in all respects ratified; pursuant to Saint Paul City Charter Chapter 14 and Saint Paul Administrative Code Chapter 60: Property Service Cost Assessments with the following amendment which will be considered separately:
RLH TA 11-454 - 1615 Pinehurst Avenue; And, Be It
FURTHER RESOLVED, that said assessments are hereby determined to be payable in one installment unless specified above in the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommended amendments.
