Correcting term expiration dates for citizen members of the Board of Water Commissioners.
Body
WHEREAS, Sec. 15.03 of the City Charter provides that the Board of Water Commissioners shall include two members who shall be resident citizens of Saint Paul; and
WHEREAS, Sec. 15.03 also provides that citizen members shall serve for a term of four (4 ) years; and
WHEREAS, the Board of Water Commissioners has requested that the terms of citizen members expire on June 30 in order to ensure continuity with the balance of the board serving terms that expire on December 31; and
WHEREAS, by Res 14-505 (September 3, 2014) Mara Humphrey was mistakenly appointed to a term that expires on January 1, 2018; and
WHEREAS, by Res 16-866 (May 18, 2016) Matt Anfang was mistakenly appointed to a term of three (3) years; now, therefore be it
RESOLVED that the terms of Mara Humphrey and Matt Anfang on the Board of Water Commissioners be revised to expire as follows:
